Welcome to Barcode Industrial Systems (BIS Labels). By accessing our website (www.bislabels.com) and placing an order, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

01. Business Accounts & Verification

BIS Labels primarily serves B2B clients. We reserve the right to verify business credentials, tax IDs, and company information before fulfilling large-scale industrial orders or granting wholesale pricing access.

02. Product Specifications & Accuracy

Technical Accuracy: While we strive for precision, customers are responsible for ensuring that the ribbon/label specifications (Width, Length, Ink Type) are compatible with their specific printer models.
Custom Orders: For custom-printed labels, digital proofs must be approved via email. BIS Labels is not responsible for errors in artwork or text once the final proof is confirmed by the client.

03. Pricing & Bulk Discounts

All prices are subject to change based on raw material costs (Resin/Wax/Paper).
Bulk Pricing: Discounted tiers are applicable only for the quantities specified. Split shipments may incur additional handling fees.

04. Shipping & Industrial Delivery

Lead Times: Standard orders for stock items are processed within 24-48 hours. Custom orders may take 7-14 business days.
Freight & LTL: For pallet-sized orders, we coordinate with freight partners. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the shipment leaves our distribution center.
Shipping Errors: Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 7 business days of receipt.

05. Returns & Refund Policy

Stock Items: Unopened and unused ribbons/labels can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable: Custom-manufactured labels, specific OEM parts, and used ribbons cannot be returned or refunded.

06. Limitation of Liability

BIS Labels shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages (including loss of production or business profits) resulting from the use or inability to use our products or printer equipment.

07. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, product formulas, and technical descriptions, is the property of Barcode Industrial Systems. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

08. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our primary distribution center is located. Any disputes shall be resolved in the respective jurisdiction.
