Welcome to BIS Labels Inc. By accessing our enterprise interface (www.bislabels.com) and initiating structural procurement orders, your firm establishes a binding agreement to comply with the legal and operational frameworks detailed below.
01. Institutional Account Verification
BIS Labels operates primarily as a B2B industrial manufacturer. We retain absolute structural authority to verify corporate credentials, corporate state filings, EIN/Tax IDs, and regional trade licenses before approving enterprise tier pricing matrix accounts or authenticating high-volume commercial shipments.
02. Technical Specifications & Proofing Compliance
Precision alignment is fundamental to industrial print engineering workflows. Accountability for specifications conforms to the following rules:
- Hardware Integration: Procurement managers are exclusively accountable for verifying that ordered ribbon configurations and label dimensions (Width, Core Size, Outer Diameter, Ink Wind direction, Substrate Composition) match their physical industrial thermal print engine models.
- Bespoke Custom Contracts: Digital manufacturing proofs for custom converting runs must be verified and signed off via official electronic loops. BIS Labels assumes no responsibility for vector deviations, layout text errors, or barcode scanning scaling faults following final client verification.
03. Tariff Adjustments & Volume Tiering
All listed commercial tariffs remain variable based on real-time raw resource cost evaluations (including petro-chemical resin compounds, synthetic wax coatings, and pulp paper stocks).
04. Logistics & Transfer of Risk
Fulfillment cycles follow our standard operational schedules (Stock processing within 24–48 hours; custom conversions within 7–14 business days).
- Freight Terms (FOB Origin): For bulk pallet distributions coordinated through LTL freight providers, title and structural risk of cargo loss passes onto the commercial buyer immediately once the consignment exits our distribution facility loading platforms.
- Discrepancy Reporting: Any physical shipping shortfalls, cross-shipments, or visible damage incidents must be reported to our auditing desk within seven (7) business days of delivery.
05. RMA Limitations & Restocking Fees
Inventory returns are managed strictly to defend the cleanroom certification lines of our industrial supplies:
- Stock Product Lines: Sealed, unopened, and resalable ribbons or blank label cores can be processed for return within 30 days of shipment, subject to a standard 15% restocking fee.
- Exempted Non-Returnable Material: Custom converted products, non-standard slit profiles, specific OEM components, and partially deployed/unrolled thermal media are fundamentally ineligible for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
06. Corporate Indemnification & Liability Cap
Under no scenario shall BIS Labels Inc. carry liability for any consequential, secondary, or circumstantial operational damages—including, but not limited to, assembly line delays, warehouse production downtime, lost supply chain profits, or damage to third-party printing hardware setups—originating from the application, mechanical use, or tracking failures of our thermal media lines.
07. Proprietary Assets & IP Rights
All intellectual contents displayed across this commercial portal—including digital trademarks, chemical coating compound formulas, raw data tables, layouts, and system configurations—remain the exclusive intellectual property of Barcode Industrial Systems. Any unapproved digital extraction, re-publishing, or layout scraping is legally prohibited.
08. Jurisdiction & Legal Statutory Scope
These operational frameworks are built under and governed by the laws of the state housing our primary industrial manufacturing and logistics hubs. Any formal commercial arbitration or legal actions shall be brought exclusively within the courts holding direct local jurisdiction over our manufacturing headquarters.
