• Hardware Integration: Procurement managers are exclusively accountable for verifying that ordered ribbon configurations and label dimensions (Width, Core Size, Outer Diameter, Ink Wind direction, Substrate Composition) match their physical industrial thermal print engine models.
• Bespoke Custom Contracts: Digital manufacturing proofs for custom converting runs must be verified and signed off via official electronic loops. BIS Labels assumes no responsibility for vector deviations, layout text errors, or barcode scanning scaling faults following final client verification.

03. Tariff Adjustments & Volume Tiering

All listed commercial tariffs remain variable based on real-time raw resource cost evaluations (including petro-chemical resin compounds, synthetic wax coatings, and pulp paper stocks).

04. Logistics & Transfer of Risk

Fulfillment cycles follow our standard operational schedules (Stock processing within 24–48 hours; custom conversions within 7–14 business days).
