Label Size & Measurement Guide
Step-by-step instructions to accurately measure and select the right label size for your application.
How to Measure Your Product For Labels
Choosing the perfect label size prevents peeling, wrinkling, and sub-optimal branding. Follow our official measurement standards:
Measure the width and height of the flat area using a standard ruler. Leave at least a 1/8" (3mm) safety margin away from the edges or curves of the packaging.
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the container to find its total circumference. For a **Full Wrap**, subtract 1/8" to prevent label overlap. For a **Half Wrap**, use half of the total circumference minus 1/4".
