At Barcode Industrial Systems (BIS Labels), we prioritize fast and reliable delivery to keep your business operations running smoothly. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping processes and timelines.

01. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Stock Items: Orders for standard-sized ribbons (Wax, Wax-Resin, Resin) and blank labels are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Custom Orders: Custom-printed labels or specialized sizes typically require a lead time of 7 to 14 business days for production before shipping.

02. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with industry-leading carriers to ensure safe delivery:

  • Parcel Shipping: Small to medium orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

  • Freight & LTL (Less Than Truckload): For bulk pallet orders (e.g., 48+ rolls per case or large label quantities), we use specialized freight carriers to optimize costs and safety.

03. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination ZIP code.

  • Bulk Shipments: For very large industrial orders, please contact our sales team at support@bislabels.com for a custom freight quote.

04. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has left our distribution center, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at an additional cost).

  • Freight Shipments: Timelines vary by region but generally arrive within 5–10 business days.

05. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also track your order status by logging into your BIS Labels Account.

06. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve the United States and Canada. For international shipping inquiries outside of North America, please contact our support department for specialized logistics arrangements.

07. Damage During Transit

If your shipment arrives with visible package damage, please:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt (for freight).

  2. Take photos of the damaged box and contents.

  3. Contact us within 7 business days at support@bislabels.com.
