At Barcode Industrial Systems (BIS Labels), we strive to ensure that your industrial labeling operations run without interruption. Please review our policy regarding shipments and product returns.

01. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items (standard ribbons and labels) are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

  • Custom Orders: Lead times for custom-printed labels or non-standard sizes vary but generally range from 7–14 business days.

  • Carriers: We ship via UPS, FedEx, and various LTL freight carriers for pallet-sized orders.

  • Shipping Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. BIS Labels is not responsible for redirected shipments due to incorrect address entry.

02. Return & Refund Conditions

We accept returns under the following specific conditions to maintain the quality of our industrial supplies:

  • Stock Items: Unopened and resalable ribbons or labels can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error by BIS Labels.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-manufactured labels or specially ordered sizes.

    • Used or partially used ribbons/labels.

    • Products with damaged original packaging.

03. Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a damaged shipment or a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt.

  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

04. Return Process

  1. Request an RMA: Before sending any items back, you must contact our support team at support@bislabels.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original box.

  3. Refund Issuance: Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

05. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong ribbon type or label size (e.g., Wax instead of Resin), the fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the correct specifications.
