At BIS Labels, we design our supply chains to ensure your industrial labeling lines run with zero downtime. This framework specifies our fulfillment timelines, inventory return conditions, and structural allocation procedures.

01. Fulfillment & Consignment Dispatches

We coordinate with multi-tiered freight systems to maintain steady delivery pipelines across international operational networks:

  • Standard Stock Profiles: Orders for catalog items (standard high-sensitivity ribbons, stock thermal configurations) are processed and allocated to cross-docks within 24 to 48 operational hours.
  • Engineered Custom Lead Times: Custom-printed configurations, precise technical die-cuts, or atypical raw chemical dimensions generally range between 7 to 14 business days within the fabrication queue.
  • Carrier Networks: Consignments clear via parcel handlers (UPS, FedEx) or optimized LTL freight lines for high-volume pallet configurations.
Consignment Address Accuracy: Procurement departments must verify delivery addresses before dispatch clearance. BIS Labels carries no financial or operational liability for redirected manifests or rerouting fees caused by wrong data entries.

02. Technical Return Parameters

To guarantee the strict cleanroom and compound integrity of our technical inventory, merchandise returns are audited according to precise categories:

  • Eligible Catalog Inventory: Unopened, sealed, and completely resalable stock ribbons or label sets are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days from formal delivery receipt.
  • Restocking Surcharges: A standard 15% restocking fee is calculated and deducted on all eligible returns. This fee is automatically waived if the return is caused by a verified manufacturing defect or a shipping discrepancy by BIS Labels.
  • Restricted / Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-manufactured labels, custom slit widths, or specialized adhesive runs.
    • Used, partially unrolled, or tracking media stripped of initial liners.
    • Substrates with punctured, contaminated, or non-original outer packaging layers.

03. QA Discrepancies & Damaged Cargo

If an industrial shipment arrives with visible transit damage or shows unexpected manufacturing defects during printhead tracking, your operations desk must log a claim within seven (7) business days of delivery receipt. Upon validation, BIS Labels will dispatch a pre-paid logistics routing slip, scheduling immediate high-priority replacement batches or full ledger credit allocations at zero auxiliary cost to your firm.

04. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Workflow

To ensure reliable validation tracks, all returns must strictly complete our three-tier processing queue:

Step 01
Request Authorization
Email our specialists at support@bislabels.com to secure an official, tracked RMA identifier.
Step 02
Secure Repackaging
Pack media items back within their original, uncompromised protective cartons with the RMA printed clearly on top.
Step 03
Audit & Settlement
Following warehouse inspection, final credits (minus applicable restocking fees) settle in 5–7 business days.

05. Specification Alignment & Exchanges

If your procurement team unintentionally selects mismatched specifications (e.g., standard Wax formulations instead of heavy-duty Full Resin structures), the fastest path to line alignment is to request an RMA return for the original stock line, and simultaneously place a new independent order for the correct specifications.
