Our Process

Precision From Order to Application

At BIS Labels, we understand that our products are critical to your operational flow. Our process is designed to ensure that every ribbon and label we ship meets the highest industrial standards of compatibility and performance.

Step 01: Consultation & Hardware Matching

We don't just take orders; we ensure compatibility. Our experts analyze your printer models (Zebra, Honeywell, SATO, etc.) and your application environment (Cold storage, chemical exposure, or retail) to recommend the exact Wax, Resin, or Substrate combination you need.

Step 02: Material Selection & Testing

Once the requirements are set, we select the premium-grade materials. If you have a unique application, we provide sample rolls for in-house testing to guarantee that the print quality meets your smudge-resistance and durability expectations before you commit to a bulk order.

Step 03: Precision Manufacturing & Slitting

Using state-of-the-art slitting and converting machinery, we prepare your ribbons and labels to exact specifications. Our process ensures clean edges and precise winding tension, which prevents ribbon wrinkling and protects your printer's thermal printhead from unnecessary wear.

Step 04: Quality Assurance (QA) Check

Every batch undergoes a rigorous QA check. We verify the coating consistency of our thermal transfer ribbons and the adhesive strength of our labels. At BIS Labels, "Good Enough" is not in our vocabulary—we aim for zero-defect shipments.

Step 05: B2B Optimized Fulfillment

Time is money in logistics. Most of our stock items are processed and ready for dispatch within 24-48 hours. We utilize specialized industrial packaging to ensure that your ribbons and labels arrive in pristine condition, protected from heat and moisture during transit.

Step 06: Continuous Support & Scaling

Our relationship doesn't end at delivery. We monitor your usage patterns to help you manage inventory more efficiently. As your business scales, we adjust your bulk pricing tiers and stocking programs to ensure you always have the supplies you need at the best possible cost.
